Recently, we have upgraded the benefits of our youth memberships to better serve the needs of our families.

  • A members-only site with no-nonsense guides to building muscle, getting in shape, healthy eating, and more.

  • Advanced quarterly testing to determine how ready you'd be to play at the college level, helping to guide your training.

  • More frequent access to nutrition coaching from qualified experts.

  • Program design for you to follow away from our gym, when your schedule becomes too crazy to get here on a regular basis.

All of these upgrades, like everything we've ever done here, has one goal in mind.

To help your kid become the best version of themselves they can possibly be.

Through 25 years of experience, we know that some athletes can dedicate the time to make rapid progress while others must take the slow and steady approach, coming in less often.

We get this, and have plans to help your young athlete improve no matter how much training you're looking for.

Before we get into the specifics of each plan, please note that a few things apply to every single one of our membership options.

First and foremost, every kid is equally important to us no matter what membership they're on.

We'll take the time to get to know them, their personality, their style of training, and will work hard to mold our coaching style to what works best for them. We are here to be a positive influence in their lives.

From a training standpoint, that personalized approach extends to the workouts we create.

Everyone receives a custom workout plan based on their initial evaluation, age, sport/position, personal goals, and any injury concerns.

Our job is to bring out the best in every kid, to help them build the confidence in themselves so they can achieve great things.

Beyond our dedication to a personal approach with each unique individual, our 3 membership options are designed to match the level of service that best fits your needs.

'D1 Prep' Membership

Monthly Rate - $299/mo with no commitment, $249/mo with a 12 Month Commitment

This is our premium offering, designed to get you the absolute best results from training in the shortest amount of time.

Members on this plan can train up to 6 sessions per week, blending Speed School and Group Personal Training classes as needed.

Sometimes life gets in the way and it can be hard to get to our gym.

No need to worry, because we'll create a custom home/school workout plan for you to follow during the times you can't get to us as often as you want.

We know that nutrition plays a key role in getting better results from training. That's why every season you are on this plan, we'll either set up a formal meeting with an off-site sports nutritionist, or an in-house goal setting strategy session to help you build better eating habits.

And to keep track of your progress, we'll continually test and track your development in all the key areas of athletic performance to make sure you are making the progress you need for success.

Finally, you'll have access to our members-only website where you'll discover best practices for gaining muscle, getting leaner, taking the right supplements, improving your conditioning, and more

'The Warrior' Membership

Monthly Rate - $199/mo with no commitment, $169/mo with a 12 Month Commitment

For those who can get it 2 or 3 days per week, we offer a hybrid plan.

The Warrior is for kids who want to make rapid progress, and are commtited to getting in multiple times per week, but are too busy to train full time.

This plan allows for up to 3 workout sessions per week, used in Group Personal Training or Speed School sessions in any combination you wish.

You'll receive a custom home/school workout plan every season you stick with us.

The same goes for the sports nutrition consulting after every 6th month.

And you still get full access to our advanced testing system and members-only website.

'The Tortoise' Membership

Monthly Rate - $129/mo with no commitment, $99/mo with a 12 Month Commitment

As youth sports schedules have steadily gotten crazier and crazier, for many it leaves precious little time to get in quality workouts.

The good news is we have seen many, many kids still get incredible results over time by training as little as one day per week.

The key to their success is they sustained it over a long period of time, and consistently showed up to train at a high leve.

We've labeled this "The Tortoise" after the old fable where the tortoise beats the hare in a race by applying a slow yet steady approach.

You can win in the long run with consistent training, even if it's just part time.

You'll still receive access to our members-only site, and our main testing system to track your progress.
